Across the globe, waste from millions of septic tanks, cesspools, and latrine pits is endangering human health and the environment. For vault emptiers who possess the tools necessary to manage that waste in a safe, sanitary, and sustainable manner, a lucrative opportunity awaits.
The Omni-IngestorTM suite of tools will allow emptiers to access vaults in areas unreachable by vacuum trucks, pump material that can’t be pumped by vacuum trucks, and operate far more efficiently.
In turn, they will be able to cut costs, charge less, and increase their customer base. Conventional operators won’t be able to compete.
The Omni-Ingestor Manual Pump is an inexpensive, simple, manual pump designed for emptying shallow, low-volume vaults. The Manual Pump is a tool that manual emptiers can use to make vault emptying more sanitary, safer, faster, and more acceptable.
The pump is a stand-alone system that can fill a variety of sludge transporters, including vacuum trucks, tank trucks, and trailers. Because it is not attached to a sludge transporter, the pump is free to continuously fill one transport vehicle after another—increasing operational efficiency.
The Mobile Pre-Processor (MPP) technology will make emptiers of vaults having contents less than 5% solid more productive and significantly reduce their operating expenses.
The Fixed Pre-Processor is a facility-based piece of equipment that accepts 750 cubic meters of waste per day. Its job is to separate trash, grit, and water from incoming waste.
